Targets and Course:

We have over 65 3D targets mostly McKenzie and R&W with 29 acres of wooded land available to us and a practice target range with 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 yards distance. Our course contains rolling hills with an occasional short steep, small drainage gullies, lots of young trees, underbrush with paths that turn to mucky mud during or after heavy rains. You can expect the wonders of nature, at various times as weather dictates, mosquitoes, horse or black flies, gnats and other indigenous creatures. In July you may find fresh blackberries still on the barb. You may even see a deer, especially if you are one of the early starters.

Rules and Regulations:

Although we loosely follow some of the rules of 'IBO', we do not have a crossbow class and do not allow them on our range. We have our own choice of target distances which promote the ethical harvesting of wild animals. Scoring is 10 - 8 - 5 (we do not count the 11 (12) ring, but we do encourage all shooters to keep track of them for their own group competiveness. We have a reduced number of classes which enhance competition  between small numbers of people. Please check our posting of the rules before you shoot. We do give individual trophy/plaques to high scorers within each of our classes.

We have snacks and drinks available at very conservative prices at the club house as well as midway through the course. Port-a-Johns are available at the club house. Twenty-nine acres of woodland, club house, practice target area and camping area.
